What else does Coffea Vida contain?

Coffea Vida contains a carefully produced extract of pure green coffee beans as well as brown algae powder and L-carnitine. Coffea Vida contains no caffeine, cafestol or kahweol.

What is Coffea Vida used for?

The health claims that are possible for a food supplement such as Coffea Vida and its ingredients are precisely defined by law. We are not allowed to go beyond this, even if it should have scientifically confirmed physiological properties. Make up your own mind with an internet search.

What is L-carnitine?

L-carnitine is found almost exclusively in meat (especially lamb). It is therefore particularly important for athletes, vegetarians and people who eat little meat.

Difference between biological and chemical carnitine

L-carnitine can be produced chemically or biologically. The chemical process is not specific and produces a mixture of D- and L-carnitine. The two molecules differ only in their spatial arrangement. However, while L-carnitine is the natural variant, D-carnitine is found neither in the body nor in food. It has to be laboriously removed from the carnitine mixture. This is never 100% successful, and residual amounts of D-carnitine can always be detected in chemically produced carnitine.

Biological carnitine in Coffea Vida

The L-carnitine we use in Coffea Vida is obtained organically instead. The source material is not meat, but a special arable soil bacterium.The result is 100% pure L-carnitine. In addition, neither genetic engineering nor raw materials of animal origin are used in this process.

Coffea Vida contains 60 capsules, each containing 200 mg green coffee bean extract (including 100 mg polyphenols), 200 mg brown algae powder and 100 mg L-carnitine. Net content 37 g.

Consumption recommendation

One capsule 2 times a day, preferably shortly before the main meals. A cure lasts at least 4-6 months.

In the mixing process, the raw materials are micronized, i.e. they are crushed to a particle size of approx. 60 micrometres without being heated. We only use vegi capsule shells, made from plant-based material (HPMC) without gelatine. Coffea Vida uses capsule size 00.
