Dandelion – not a weed, but a superweed

It is a thorn in the side of garden owners because dandelions can hardly be eradicated. But let yourself be infected by the bright yellow flower and its immense vitality!

Grape seeds – with valuable polyphenols

Grape seeds have a remarkable content of OPC (= oligomeric proanthocyanidins), which are polyphenols. These secondary plant substances have been very well researched. Our grape seed extract from Italy has an excellent ORAC value of over 1,660,000 µmol TE/100g. The reasons for this high antioxidant capacity are the careful extraction and the very high polyphenol content.

Reishi – a lucky mushroom among the mushrooms

Reishi mushrooms (also known as Ganoderma lucidum or Ling Zhi) are an indispensable part of maintaining good health in Asian countries. During the growth of the fruiting body, the reishi produces many spores. The oval, yellow-brown reishi mushroom spores are more bioactive than the rest of the mushroom*

Quercetin is a yellow natural pigment from the group of polyphenols and flavonoids. A particularly high concentration of quercetin can be found in the flowers of the Japanese string tree (Sophora japonica).

Brown algae – health from the sea

Brown algae are a group of algae with an impressive variety of health benefits. They are rich in nutrients and have a long history of sustainable health maintenance. In many cultures, especially in Asian countries, brown seaweed is an integral part of traditional cuisine and medicine.

Rhodiola – adaptogen from barren areas

60 capsules each containing 140 mg dandelion leaf extract (Taraxacum officinale folium), 140 mg grape seed extract (Vitis vinifera seeds with >60% OPC), 60 mg reishi spore powder (Ganoderma lucidum), 79 mg quercetin-rich dry extract (from Sophora japonica), 80 mg brown algae extract, 50 mg rose root extract (Rhodiola rosea radix).

Recommended dosage

2 capsules daily (1 capsule each in the morning & evening, do not take on an empty stomach)

In the mixing process, the raw materials are micronised, i.e. they are crushed to a particle size of approx. 60 micrometres without being heated. We only use vegi capsule shells made from plant-based material (HPMC) without gelatine. Herbal Hero uses capsule size 00.
