Habanero
Habanero is a special hot chilli variety with heat values of up to over 500,000 Scoville units. Those who manage to tolerate this spiciness in their food benefit from the healthy ingredients. Capsaicin is the substance responsible for the hotness of chillies. The substance irritates the ends of heat nerves in the mouth or, in the case of creams containing habanero, on the skin, which release a neurotransmitter (messenger substance) that in turn triggers the dilation of fine blood vessels and better blood circulation. Thus, creams with habanero can really fire up the skin, promote blood circulation in tense muscles and lead to the relief of pain. In addition, the substance capsaicin has been proven to have a strong antibacterial and antimycotic (fungicidal) effect.
