Parcel shipping – new with the Planzer company

From 1 September 2023, we will be working with the Swiss family-run company Planzer to ship our parcels. This offers a number of advantages for you as a customer. Planzer’s vehicles are equipped with loading racks so that your parcels are optimally protected and reach you safe and sound. In addition, all parcels are delivered by “next-day delivery”, which means that you always receive your order the very next day! Parcel delivery costs CHF 9.00, and we now offer free delivery for orders of CHF 120 or more. Express deliveries are no longer available. Saturday deliveries will be possible for a flat rate of CHF 18. Unfortunately, deliveries to PO boxes or pick-up stations are no longer possible. As with Swiss Post, consignments can be tracked (a valid e-mail address must be provided).

Up to CHF 120: CHF 9 (registered: CHF 14)
From CHF 120: free of charge (registered: CHF 5)
From CHF 1,000: registered mail is mandatory (free of charge)
