The AgeAway Shot combines several extremely high-quality plant substances such as noni fruit powder, capers, brown algae, black garlic, rosemary and matcha (green tea). The AgeAway Shot was developed in collaboration with Dr Achim Refisch, who has been working intensively on ageing and related topics such as longevity and detox at cellular level for many years.

Why AgeAway?

AGE means age, but also stands for “advanced glycation end products”, or AGEs for short. These are formed when proteins or fats react spontaneously with sugar, which can happen during cooking and frying, but also in the body 1. AGEs have unfavourable effects on cell structures and metabolic processes 2.

How can AGEs be avoided?

AGEs can be avoided with a healthy lifestyle. This includes:

  • Eating a healthy, balanced diet with fresh and gently prepared foods. Avoiding overly browned or burnt food.
  • Mediterranean diet with lots of vegetables, healthy oils, little meat and dairy products

Brown algae extract

Brown algae has always been a favourite food in Japanese and Korean cuisine. The brown algae species Ecklonia cava is also known there as “kajime”.

Black garlic extract

L-carnosine

Carnosine is a combination of the two amino acids alanine and histidine, which occurs naturally in the body.
